 Wearable technology shows how your body reacts to your lifestyle, allowing you to make changes and then see and feel improvements.

When you sign up, you will gain access to your own personal health portal, where you can track your progress over time and take advantage of online support, resources and Q&A sessions.

We also offer comprehensive functional testing which may be the missing link to uncovering the root causes of your health issues and you will have experts on hand to guide you through your health journey with one to one sessions.

I recently decided to take control of my health by starting the smart health package. It has been so interesting to be able to visualise the effects that certain tasks, food and alcohol has on my body – seeing real and personal results made me even more determined to improve my overall health in a unique way. At first, I did not really understand what ‘stress’ meant.  I thought it meant when the body was under pressure and overly anxious. Joanna explains things really clearly.  I now understand it to mean simply that I am ‘full on’ doing stuff all the time, not allowing my body any time to recover. While there is nothing wrong with that, building in periods of rest and recovery is essential if I want to live a long and healthy life.

Having never really thought too much into how my diet and lifestyle might be affecting my sleep, I’d always wondered why I didn’t sleep particularly ‘well’. This was something I wanted to improve but just didn’t know how at the start of my journey.
